Personal Care

Our staff is experienced and caring. We provide personal care to each individual. Bathing, hygiene, grooming, and dressing; assistance with medication; meal planning, preparation and assistance. Daily housekeeping, laundry, and other home-related tasks are taken care of so that your loved one can relax and enjoy their daily lives.

Kendra’s Place provides care that is tailored to each client. Our experienced and caring staff provide for all personal needs.

Companionship and Socialization

Knowing you can count on someone to be with your loved one and attentive to their needs and interests is invaluable. From music therapy to games and activities, your loved one will receive stimulation in a home-like social setting.

For those who live far from their family, we can provide peace of mind that your loved one is safely enjoying daily life.

Transitioning

Kendra’s Place provides a smooth and seamless adjustment period for loved ones who have recently been in a hospital or rehab facility.

Many individuals are not yet ready to return home after a hospital or rehab stay. Perhaps it’s unclear whether that is still an option for them. Kendra’s Place can provide a safe and secure home-like environment while your loved one adjusts to “home” life. Managing their personal needs, and knowing whom to call when they need help, can be challenging. We help protect the individual against physical and emotional stress, as well as potential relapse or injury. Often, important details of an individual’s care plan end up “falling through the cracks.” We can make sure that doesn’t happen.
